Waimea Community Association "Speed-dating" Candidate Forum at Hawaii Prep. Academy on July 7, 2016.

This video only contains the candidates' opening statements.  The rest of the event was set-up like speeding dating where the candidates moved around the room, speaking to nine different groups for a certain amount of time.  This part was not filmed.
